ELECTION 2022 – Raymond Bagatsing, Rommel Padilla, and Long Mejia failed in their election bid, and here are the victorious ones.

This year’s election is very crucial and very controversial. Many are protesting over the landslide win of the dictator’s son Bongbong Marcos and his tandem Sara Duterte. But in this year’s poll, the ballots were also overwhelmed with celebrities who decided to apply as public servants. Some won and some were unfortunate.

Those who won were:

Former Showtime director Bobet Vidanes as a councilor of the lone district of Pililla, Rizal
Bb. Pilipinas-Globe 2019 Leren Bautista won as a councilor of lone district of Los Baños
Ejay Falcon leads in Oriental Mindor in the vice gubernatorial race
Robin Padilla is Top 1 in the senatorial race
Jhong Hilario wins his 3rd term as Makati councilor
Richard Gomez poised to take House of Representatives seat
Nash Aguas wins a spot in the Cavite City council seat
Arjo Atayde become a first-time congressman in the Quezon City district

Binibining Pilipinas 2012 second runner-up Ali Forbes who ran for councilor of 6th District of Quezon City
Former broadcaster Rikki Mathay also ran for councilor of the 6th District of Quezon City
Raymond Bagatsing failed to beat Yul Suervo in the vice mayoral race
Comedian Long Mejia also failed as attempted to run for a provincial board member of the first district of Bulacan
Rommel Padilla failed in his congressional bid in the first district of Nueva Ecija
Dennis Padilla falls behind in the Caloocan council seat
Claudine Barretto failed to secure a council seat in Olongapo City
