A delivery rider has lost his consciousness while performing his duty amid the scorching heat of the sun.
Delivery riders are enduring the hardships and difficulties of their jobs just to earn money for their family. Most of them are braving the extreme heat of the sun or inclement weather conditions just to work.
The delivery workers are facing danger in their jobs, especially during rush hour along the road. There are some instances that which riders suffer from illnesses due to overfatigue.
The Facebook page PapaMoto has shared the photos of a Grab Food employee who lost consciousness while performing his job as a delivery worker. The post goes viral and elicits comments online.
In the photos, it can be seen that the Grab Food rider was able to stop before he lost consciousness. He fainted while parking beside the road after delivering orders under the scorching heat of the sun.
Based on the screenshot of the conversation between the Good Samaritan and the rider’s wife, the delivery employee felt dizzy around 12:45 pm and he feels like he is floating above the clouds. The rider’s wife expressed her gratefulness toward the kind-hearted citizen.
The Good Samaritan also advised the woman to prevent her partner to deliver orders around noontime to avoid such incidents. The page also reminded the public to take a rest when tired and always stay hydrated.
