HERBERT BAUTISTA – Rumored couple Herbert Bautista and Ruffa Gutierrez share a mature relationship according to the actor-politician.
Ruffa Gutierrez’s mother, Annabelle Rama, amid the malicious rumors about her daughter and actor-politician Herbert Bautista, said that she sees nothing wrong with whatever they have. She even said that the politician is “mabait, gwapo, and bright” but added “medyo maliit lang, pero okey lang”.
Ruffa, in one of her previous posts, expressed support for Herbert who is seeking a senatorial post, and said that he is the “number 1” in her heart. And just recently, in one of the interviews with Bistek, he was asked about Ruffa and said that it all actually started with Ruffa’s desire to pursue a degree and he, being on the side, was the one who encouraged her.
He accordingly inspired her. Bistek finished Philosophy and Letters at San Beda College and several masters in different institutions. He pushed her to pursue ETEEAT (Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation) and this July, she will finally graduate.
And when finally asked about the label of the relationship, Herbert refused to give one. He believes that in this time and with their age, putting labels seemed unnecessary. He opted to describe what they have as a matured relationship during an interview with talent manager and entertainment columnist Ogie Diaz.
He said, “I cannot describe that kind of relationship, it’s either friends kayo or more than friends kayo… Uso pa ba labels ngayon? I mean, with this age? Wala nang label, boyfriend, girlfriend. Hindi na, e. It’s a mature relationship.”
