PAGASA Releases Latest Weather Update for Tuesday (March 15)
The state weather bureau PAGASA reported that the country will experience fair and hot weather condition today.
On Tuesday (March 15, 2022), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration released the latest weather update in the country. The easterlies will continue to affect the country’s weather condition.
PAGASA reported that the easterlies will be affecting the country. The easterlies will bring partly cloudy to cloudy condition with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over Bicol Region, Northern Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque and Romblon.
The Easterlies/ Localized Thunderstorm will bring similar weather condition over Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Aurora, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Abra, Benguet, Apayao, Kalinga, Ifugao and Mt. Province.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will also experience the same weather condition. Possible flash floods or landslides are expected during severe thunderstorms.
The weather agency said that the easterlies or warm winds coming from the Pacific Ocean will bring fair and hot weather over most parts of the country.
“Patuloy na nakakaapekto ang easterlies sa buong bansa. Kaya inaasahan pa rin natin ngayong araw ang maganda at mainit na panahon sa buong bansa,” Pagasa weather specialist Aldczar Aurelio said.
Meanwhile, the coastal water condition over northern Luzon will be moderate. The remaining parts of the country will have slight to moderate surrounding sea conditions.
PAGASA also said that no low pressure area within and outside the Philippine area of responsibility has been spotted.
