Kapuso actress Carla Abellana has announced on her social media account that she is selling her condominium unit located in The Grove, Rockwell in Pasig City, and social media personality Xian Gaza this is the alleged reason for disposing of the property.

Carla is selling the said condo unit for only P2 million, which is way below the real price, and this includes the furniture. “It is now below market value!” And yes, everything you see inside the condo unit comes inclusive. It’s fully (and excessively) furnished! If they’re not your type, then go ahead and sell them to make money! It’s totally up to you,” she posted and added that the price for parking is also included.

The actress shared this post amid the rumors that she and her husband Tom Rodriguez broke up. On the other hand, seasoned actor Rey PJ Abellana, the father of Carla said that there was no “hiwalayan” yet but he revealed that his son-in-law had a one-night stand with another girl.
