Pasaway’ Residents Playing “Bingo” Arrested by Police Authorities After Reported by Neighbor
The cops have arrested the ‘pasaway’ residents in San Carlos City, Pangasinan for playing “Bingo” after reported by their neighbor.
Over the past few years, the Philippine government and the authorities were implementing stricter rules and regulations in the country due to the coronavirus pandemic. The government prohibits mass gatherings and unnecessary meetings to prevent virus transmission.
Unfortunately, there are some hard-headed residents who continue to violate the health safety protocols for their own benefit. Violators will be subject to corresponding sanctions and penalties.
The Facebook page “BastaViral” reported that several residents of Barangay Antipangol, in San Carlos City, Pangasinan have been arrested for playng ‘Bingo’. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the photos, it can be seen that the police authorities have raided a house in Barangay Antipangol after receiving a report from a concerned residents. The operation against illegal gambling has been launched.
The authorities arrested eight individuals involved on illegal gambling. The officers have recovered bingo cards, stones and P300 bet from the suspects. The hard-headed residents did not give a statement regarding the incident.
The arrested individuals will face corresponding sanctions and penalties.

Arestado ang walong katao kabilang ang estudyante matapos mahuling nagsusugal ng bingo sa Barangay Antipangol, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.
Nakatanggap ng report ang otoridad mula sa concerned citizen kaya agad nagsagawa ng operasyon kontra iligal na sugal. Nakuha sa mga suspek ang mga bingo cards, mga bato at halos 300 pesos na taya.
