Pasaway Residents Caught on Camera Partying in Bacolod City Amid Pandemic

Numerous pasaway residents have been caught on camera partying at Art District, Mandalagan in Bacolod City amid the COVID-19.

The Bacolod Emergency Operations Center (EOC) would investigate the incident wherein a lot of hard-headed people go to Art District in Mandalagan, Bacolod City to party. The controversial video was reportedly taken last November 6, 2020.

In the video, it can be seen that a massive amount of people are partying with loud music and drinking alcoholic beverages. It can be notice that some party-goers are not wearing face masks and failed to observe physical distancing measures.

The involved individuals also violate the liquor ban and commit a lot of violation with the health protocols.

The video also show the logo of the establishment wherein the mass gathering allegedly happened. However, the Emergency Operations Center will still check the video’s validity and authenticity.

DILG-Bacolod report the incident to DILG Region 6. The Business Permit and Licensing Office would inspect the establishment and the Philippine National Police would monitor the area.
