Motorist Slams MMDA Officer Who Throws His Key After He Asked for Mission Order
A disappointed motorist lambasted the MMDA officer who throws his motorcycle key after he asked for the mission order.
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority is an agency of the Republic of the Philippines implementing the planning, monitoring and coordinative functions along the road concerning purely local matters.
The agency covers the cities of Manila, Quezon City, Caloocan, Pasay, Mandaluyong, Makati, Pasig, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, Parañaque, Valenzuela, Malabon, Taguig, Navotas and San Juan and the municipality of Pateros.
A Facebook user named Dong Malot has shared the video footage of MMDA officer who allegedly throws the key of his motorcycle after failing to present the mission order. The post garnered various reactions from the netizens.
Dong asked the MMDA officers to show their mission order while apprehending the motorists under the U-turn tunnel in front of Shopwise Commonwealth. The road personnel got mad and took his motorcycle’s key and throw it away.
The traffic enforcer even challenged him to prove the incident. Malot realized that it was the reason why there are motorists and MMDA officers coming out under the tunnel. He expressed his disappointment due to the incident.
The poor motorist explained that MMDA employees have nothing to fear in presenting their mission order during legitimate operation.

“Bakit po nagagalit paghinanapan MISSION ORDER ang mga MMDA na to na nasa ilalim ng U-turn tunnel sa harap ng shopwise Commonwealth. Kinuha pa ang susi ng motor ko at itinapon kaya pala ang lakas ng loob sabihan ako na patunayan ko na sya ang kumuha…Kaya pala tuwing dumadaan ako jan may rider o MMDA na lumalabas barrier sa ilalim ng MRT sa gilid ng tunnel kasi doon pala nila tinatapon ang susi ng mga biktima nila. Wag kasi kayong gumawa ng kalokohan. Kawawa naman ung mga taong walang alam… Kung legit operation nyo mga sir bakit kayo nagtakbuhan.. Guilty talaga tong kupal na to kasi bumalik pa sa akin para tulungan daw akong hanapin ang susi. Tapos gusto lang pala burahin ang video ko kapalit ng susi ko.. Nag video pa .. Pilit nya pang kinukuha ang cellphone ko sa bag ko. Dagdag kaso pa yan sir.”
