MMDA Chief Slams Traffic Violator For Using Fake Driving License

The MMDA traffic officer caught a motorcycle rider who used the bicycle lane and for using fake driver’s license.

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority is an agency of the Republic of the Philippines implementing the planning, monitoring and coordinative functions along the road concerning purely local matters.

The agency covers the cities of Manila, Quezon City, Caloocan, Pasay, Mandaluyong, Makati, Pasig, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, Parañaque, Valenzuela, Malabon, Taguig, Navotas and San Juan and the municipality of Pateros.

Fake License

The Facebook page “Gadget Addict” has shared the video footage of MMDA chief Edison “Bong” Nebrija apprehending a traffic violator with fake license. The video garnered various reactions online.

In the video, it can be seen that MMDA is apprehending the traffic violators along the road. The agency personnel is apprehending motorcycle riders who were using the bus lane, which is considered as a traffic violation.

Several violators explained that they were in a hurry and some of them were not even wearing shoes. One of the offenders even presented a fake driver’s license. He will face more charges for possessing counterfeit documents.
