Ang Probinsyano Breaks Their Own Record In Recent Episode

Coco Martin’s “Ang Probinsyano” beats own record for live viewership.

ANG PROBINSYANO – “Rambol” of “Ang Probinsyano” showed the series’ steady growth as they yet again broke their own record.

“FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” in a recent episode called “Rambol” showed the continued success of the series. Despite having no access to free TV after their network has been denied renewal of their franchise, the dubbed longest series airing proved it wouldn’t be a hindrance to still continue with what they are doing.

Ang Probinsyano

In the latest episode aired last February 3, Cardo was forced into a one-on-one brawl against Samuel (Michael Flores) to defend himself. Samuel has this pent-up anger against the group of Cardo called Task Force Agila who gets themselves involved in Armando’s (John Estrada) operations.

The brawl ended up in a bloody finale leaving Samuel in defeat. This episode showed on Thursday night recorded 173,000 views on YouTube, the highest Kapamilya Online Live viewership of the action series. This is not the first time that they broke their own record. This has happened several times already like when Alyana died and when Mara’s (Julia Montes) was introduced as the newest character.

Also, since the shutdown of the network, the FPJAP beat the ratings of their rival show for the first time. GB Nielsen NUTAM People Ratings revealed that FPJAP registered a TV rating of 11.8% – the combined percentage of TV5 and A2Z on free TV and Kapamilya Channel on cable.

Its rival I Left My Heart in Sorsogon recorded 11.2% in the rating game. And this all happened on February 1, 2022. It showed that Probinsyano is 0.6% higher than I Left My Heart in Sorsogon. To recall, when FPJAP was still airing on free TV no show has ever defeated their records when it comes to ratings.
