Morissette shared, “It was so hard trying to keep this a secret for the past several months, but we’re finally free!”

Dave, on the other hand, was feeling blessed because God has led him to his “true North” and best friend who is now his wife. He wrote, “The journey has been incredible. I am so overwhelmed and blessed that God led me to my true north, my best friend, and now my wife!”

Their wedding coordinator is Kathryn Kim Torres and they only have one specific request about their wedding – for it to be a simple and intimate ceremony. As per the wedding planner, it took them five good months to complete everything about the planning in the middle of the couple’s busy schedule of concerts and tapings.

Dave and Mori have a minimalist rustic wedding that took place in The Old Grove Farmstead in Lipa City, Batangas. The Kapamilya singer was a stunning bride in her Michael Leyva rustic chic wedding gown. The bridal outfit features lace appliques, charming off-shoulder sleeves with spaghetti straps, and a form-fitting silhouette. Miko Dacanay did her hair and natural makeup look.

Her husband, meanwhile, was dashing in a Michael Leyva charcoal gray suit. The whole venue was filled with roses, the flower of their personal choice. Event stylist Gideon Hermosa mixed and match red, white, and pink flowers to make the setting even more romantic but still aligned to the rustic feels of the ceremony.

As for the reception, the area was adorned with red, pink, white, and periwinkle-colored flowers. The barn was decorated with wooden long tables and chairs adding to the rustic charm and vibe of the place. And giving warmth and light are the rustic wooden lanterns. Honey Glaze Cakes chef and owner Aileen Conde made their grand and colorful four-layer cake.
