Degree Holder BPO Employee Earns Criticisms for Complaining About His Salary
BPO INDUSTRY – A degree holder BPO employee expressed his complaint for receiving salary similar to undergrad workers.
A Facebook user named AJ Aguibay has shared the screenshot of BPO employee’s post complaining of getting a salary same to undergrad workers. The post spread like a wildfire online and elicits comments from the netizens.
In the post, a netizen named JM Lead lamented that he is a college graduate and a degree holder but he receives an amount of salary similar to under graduate employees working at a BPO company.
JM expressed his disappointment and frustration for spending four years in college but he failed to get his dream job or a work related to his course due high standards and qualifications. He ended up landing a job at a BPO company.
The latter expressed his dismay for working with under graduate and high school graduate employees and receiving the same amount.
Aguibay said that he understands JM’s sentiments but he should accept the fact that BPO is giving a fair opportunity to everyone. AJ also boasted that BPO companies help him to finish his studies with flying colors.

“Actually nauunawaan ko tong si kuya. Stop mocking and bashing him.. Iba ang pakiramdam pag degree holder ka. After mong pagpuyatan yung mga research at gumasta ng libo libo sa mga projects maka graduate ka lang tas ang bagsak mo ka level mo mga HS Graduate, College Undergrad..
Pero siyempre, that’s BPO.. Fair opportunity talaga (Huwag lang mahaluan ng Pulitika at malisya)

Nasa Diskarte talaga yan.. Kahit Summa or Magna Cumlaude ka pa, kung pabebe ka sa paghahanap ng trabaho, madadaig ka pa ng mga HS Grad.
PS. Dahil sa BPO pala naka graduate ako with plyeng kolors pa. Oh ano hah. Wkwkwkwk. Djk seriously, BPO taught me life lesson to be better version of myself and to fly like an Kaya wag niyong nila “Lang” yan. Baka masampal kayo ng AVAYA ”
