Call Center Agent Flaunts the Fruit of His Labor Working at BPO Industry

A call center agent proudly shared the fruit of his hardwork as a BPO employee for four years and now he is ready to live independently.

A Facebook user named Sam Blanca has shared photos of his house, which is the fruit of his hard work as a call center agent. The post goes viral online and gives inspiration to the online community.

Sammy narrated that he starts to work as a BPO employee at Trec Pacific Corp. He worked for nine months but eventually resigned for his upcoming graduation. After graduating, he worked at a 24/7 Intouch for two years and six months, which helped him a lot.

Blanca also worked at Full Potential Solution but he only lasts for 1 month due to issues inside the company. The young man also worked at The Results Companies for nine months and got a job at Omega Healthcare, which is his last company in the BPO industry.

“Katas ng BPO.

Wag mong ikahiya na sa call center ka nagtatrabaho. Just wanna share my experiences kung ano ang naipundar ‘ko for 4 years working in this industry. Mabuhay mga bayaning puyat! 👆

Kung nagawa ‘ko, magagawa nyo rin! 🙂

1st company: Trec Pacific Corp (9 months) working student ako neto, estudyante sa umaga, cc agent sa gabi. Nagresign ako kasi graduating na ako. 🙂

2nd company: 24/7 Intouch (2 years and 6 months) dito ko unang naranasang mapromote as an SME at tumagal kahit paano sa isang company. Sobrang laki ng natulong ng company na ‘to especially sa growth ‘ko.

3rd company: Full Potential Solution (1 month) yep, isang buwan lang. Sa bawat kumpanyang papasukin mo makakaranas ka talaga ng politika na ikaw na lang mismo ang susuko. But, it won’t hinder me to stop and continue my vision.

4th company: The Results Companies (9 months) Bumalik ako sa pagiging ahente at dahil constant ang changes sa bawat account, pinalipat kami sa toxic na account which is hindi pabor sa rest day ko at labas sa job description na pinirmahan namin.

5th and last company: Omega Healthcare – Hired externally as Quality Analyst – Omega means end. Pinangako ko sa sarili ko na ito na ang huling kumpanyang papasukan ko sa industriyang ito.

Hindi madali. Dadaan ka sa mga pagsubok. Pero wag kang bibitaw para sa pangarap mo. 🙂

I got this when I was 22. Now I am 25 and ready to settle and live independently.
