This project came to her shortly after her 2020-2021 series Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin which has made many people assume that she’s probably one of her network’s favorite stars because she never ran out of projects despite its shut down and with all this coronavirus fiasco. Her new series will start airing this January 24.

Now, when asked about the “ABS-CBN’s favorite” assumptions, the actress could not help but laugh off the observation during a virtual press conference. While laughing, she said, “Grabe naman. Nagkataon lang siguro na nagkasunod-sunod. I think we are all treated naman fairly sa station.”

She then went on to explain that all of the opportunities coming to her were just a coincidence because a lot of Kapamilya stars have transferred and a lot were still scared of doing the bubble taping because of the pandemic. She believes that is the situation because there are people like her who are willing to work despite the virus threats. She stressed based on a report from ABS-CBN, “So, may mga tao naman na willing mag-work so nagkataon lang na ganun siya. Hindi dahil sa favoritism.”

Apart from the above-mentioned series, she also top-billed “100 Days to Heaven” in 2011, “Be Careful With My Heart” from 2012 to 2014, “Sana Dalawa ang Puso” in 2018, “Sino ang May Sala?” in 2019, and joined the remake of “Pangako Sa’yo” playing the iconic role of “Amor Powers”.
