A lady netizen lauded her beloved boyfriend for helping her family after experience the wrath of Typhoon Odette.
A Facebook user named Rian Bacalla has posted the photos of her tired and exhausted boyfriend while helping her family after Typhoon Odette’s devastation. The post goes viral and elicits comments from the online community.
In the photos, it can be seen that Rian’s boyfriend identified as Ever June Nacorda Awi stretching his back due to exhaustion after driving under the extreme heat of the sun and braving dark roads to look for food.
Ever June is helping Rian whose family has been severely affected by the Typhoon. He assisted Rian to look for food and water and other resources for six days straight without a rest, which is very exhausting.
Bacalla can see that her boyfriend is already tired and exhausted but he never complained or uttered the words. She saw it from Awi’s eyes, which could never lie.
Rian realized how lucky she is for having a helpful and understanding partner. Her situation also taught her the importance of having the right partner who will be with her in any circumstances.

“While waiting in a veeeryyyyy looooong lineeee to withdraw the remaining of my savings, I saw my boyfriend stretching his back.
If there’s anything I’m grateful for aside from my family who were safe from the typhoon that hit us, it’s my hardworking boyfriend who never uttered the words “gikapoy nako” for driving me around the city helping me look for food and water for my family. I can see he’s tired. His eyes couldn’t lie. He was with me, under the scorching heat of the sun and under the dark roads of nighttime searching for resources for 6 days straight now. But never, not even once, that he told me na pagod na siya kakaikot kahit saan para lang may mahanap kami na makakain at maiinom namin.
This situation taught me the importance of finding a partner who goes with you through thick and thin.
And this situation was another proof of how much he really loves my family and I.
