Ralph Recto and Edu Manzano are the present and past of Vilma Santos and here’s what she said about them.
VILMA SANTOS – Luis Manzano asks mother Vilma Santos comparing her love between Ralph Recto (present) and Edu Manzano (past).
Edu Manzano and Vilma Santos have proven to many people that co-parenting works. After their separation, they have maintained their decent relationship as parents for Luis Manzano, and seeing him now, as one of the most in-demand hosts in the country, only showed that they raised him pretty well despite not being together.
Edu has other children such as Addie and Enzo, with ex-girlfriend Rina Sanson. He is now in a relationship with Cherry Pie Picache. Meanwhile, Vilma has been married to politician Ralph Recto for 29 years now and they have a son, Ryan Christian.
And now, in Luis Listens, he asked his mother about her love for her past and present love and the Star For All Season has no definite answer to it. She hates comparing as she both loved them while they’re still together. Only that with her previous marriage, it did not work out. She loved Edu and tying the knot with him, she believed, is already enough reason to prove her love, but it just that it didn’t work out.
As for Ralph, for her, he was the love she never thought she’d have again after Edu. He made her feel the love and falling in love again. It was all the same love for her but in different chapters.
