The weather agency warned the public of possible flash floods or landslides during moderate to at times heavy rains.

PAGASA also raised a gale warning over seaboards of Northern Luzon and Central Luzon, and the eastern seaboards of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

The coastal water conditions over seaboards of Luzon, Visayas and the eastern section of Mindanao will be moderate to rough. The rest of Mindanao will have slight to moderate surrounding sea conditions.
