Here’s what Herbert Bautista said about Ruffa Gutierrez
Actor-politician Herbert Bautista has this clever answer when he was asked about his rumored romance with actress Ruffa Gutierrez.
Rumors linking Herbert and Ruffa started to circulate last year when they worked together in the KathNiel series The House Arrest Of Us. Just recently, the rumors resurfaced when netizens assumed that Ruffa is the “beautiful girlfriend” of Herbert, as Kris Aquino mentioned in her post.
Previously, Ruffa was asked about this and she said that it is flattering to know that she is considered to be beautiful by Kris if indeed the latter was referring to her. However, the former beauty queen said that “there is beauty in privacy” and there was no direct confirmation or denial from her.
During a recent media conference, Herbert Bautista was asked about the real score between her and Ruffa Gutierrez, based on the article in Bandera. The answer of the actor-politician to the media people involved Annabelle Rama, the mother of the actress.
He said that they should ask Tita Annabelle what he wants for Ruffa. It is known to many that although Annabelle and Ruffa seemed to have an “away-bati” relationship, they are very close to each other.
“Ganito na lang alamin muna ninyo kay tita Annabelle kung ano ang gusto niya para kay Ruffa. Kayo na lang magtanog, after this (mediacon) puntahan n’yo si tita Annabelle para malaman ko kung ano gusto niya para kay Ruffa, ‘Yun na lang,” he said.
Then, the senatorial aspirant was asked about the status of his relationship with the actress. He answered, “Wala na! ‘Yun na ‘yung sagot ko, wala ng tanong.”
Meanwhile, in a previous interview, Herbert Bautista revealed that his TOTGA, or the one that got away, was award-winning singer-actress Lea Salonga. With this, it appeared that Kris Aquino was not the one he is referring to in his controversial TOTGA post.
