Is Ruffa Gutierrez the ‘beautiful girlfriend’ that Kris Aquino was referring to?
Actress Ruffa Gutierrez reacted to the remark of actress-host Kris Aquino about the “beautiful girlfriend” of actor-politician Herbert Bautista.
That said remark of Kris came after the controversial “TOTGA” post that was shared on the official Twitter account of Herbert. Although there was no name that was mentioned, it was quick for everyone to conclude that he was talking about his past relationship with Kris.
With that, the actress-host who is now engaged to Mel Sarmiento expressed dismay that Herbert was talking about a past flame instead of talking about his current love life with his “beautiful girlfriend”.
Netizens speculated that Kris Aquino was talking about Ruffa Gutierrez as the latter shared a post on Twitter blaming the Twitter admin of Herbert Bautista for posting the said controversial tweet.
Based on the article by entertainment columnist Jun Lalin in Abante, many were asking Ruffa if she is the “beautiful girlfriend” now of Herbert. When Lalin asked the Miss World 1993 second princess about this, she did not give a definite answer.
“Unang-una sa lahat, maraming salamat sa lahat ng mahal kong entertainment press at sa media, pati na rin sa iba pa, for thinking that I’m the ‘beautiful girlfriend’ Kris Aquino was referring to in her post. At least BEAUTIFUL ang tingin n’yo sa akin at hindi pangit,” Ruffa started with humor.
Then, she said in a more serious manner that people should ask Kris or Herbert directly if who the “beautiful girlfriend” is. “I can’t answer that and assume it’s me. That’s all for now,” the former beauty queen said.
To recall, there were rumors circulating that linked Ruffa Gutierrez and Herbert Bautista. This started when they became part of the KathNiel series House Arrest Of Us.
