Police Arrests Scammer Offering Non-Appearance Service for LTO License Renewal

A scammer offering a non-appearance service for LTO license renewal has been arrested by the police authorities.

Nowadays, a lot of scammers have already scattered in different parts of the worlds including the Philippines. The heartless criminals are lurking in every corners waiting for an opportunity to lure their victims.

Most conmen are using decisive tactics and strategies to convince more victims. They were thinking of schemes to earn money in an instant. Many victims were deceived by sweet words being spoken by scammers.

LTO License Renewal

Recently, the police authorities a man who was allegedly offering a non-appearance service for LTO license renewal. The suspect is offering his illegal services on social media to convince more victims.

The suspect is charging P2, 500 for his service but one of the victims doubt the fixer after charging another P3, 500 additional payment. The victim doubt the suspect and immediately reported it to the authorities.

LTO License Renewal

The scammer refused to give a statement regarding the incident. The culprit will face charges identity theft and estafa. The suspect has been identified as Paolo Christian Lotto.
