The actual video footage of an angry cop who slapped a rider for producing an annoying noise on its motorcycle goes viral.
Nowadays, the Philippine government and police authorities were prohibiting motorcycle rider to use loud or open pipe. Violators could face corresponding sanctions and penalties based on their violation.
The authorities prohibit open pipe for producing an annoying noise causing disturbance and inconvenience to some residents. Various governments have different ordinances when it comes to usage of open muffler.
The Facebook page “Philippines CCTV& DASH CAM Spotted” has shared the video footage of an angry cop who slapped a rider for revving his motorcycle so loud. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, it can be seen that the rider stopped at a road intersection while waiting for the green light together with other vehicles. The rider keeps on revving his motorcycle and produced an annoying noise.
The motorist kept on revving his motorcycle for a couple of seconds. After a few moments, a cop arrived and slapped the rider on its helmet. The rider got shocked and stopped his monkey business.
Another policeman arrived and even tried to smack the backrider. The motorist leave the intersection after the traffic lights turned green.
