Video of Theft Stealing Online Seller’s Cellphone During Live Selling Goes Viral
A male theft has been caught on camera while stealing the mobile phone of an online seller during live selling.
The online buyers caught a motorcycle rider who pretended as a customer at a store and asked the price for a pair of sneakers. The lady seller entertained the culprit although she is in the middle of live selling.
However, the man is already planning to steal the phone and immediately grabbed it after the seller entered the stock room to give his order. The theft quickly leave the establishment after performing his illegal activity.
The lady seller identified as Nica Mae Cacnio said that it was her first time to experience such incident although she was already four years in the business. She is disappointed but couldn’t help but to laugh because of the incident.
“Pakiramdam ko hindi ko po alam kung maiinis ako or matatawa ako sa pangyayari kasi po hindi po niya alam doon sa live, so parang kitang-kita po ‘yung mukha niya. So parang natatawa na lang ako,” Cacnio said.
Unfortunately, the viewers saw the face for the suspect because the lady seller did not cut the video. Cacnio also discovered that the suspect had an accomplice who is just waiting outside based on the video.
“Dalawa po silang magkasama tapos ‘yung isa nasa labas lang po, nasa motor, tapos siya nililibang niya ‘yung mga bantay dito,” the seller added.
Another complainant named Jonalyn Jimenez said that the suspect is confusing her to perform its motive. Currently, the Caloocan Police is investigating the incident.
