2 Robbery-Extortion Suspects Arrested for Victimizing Chinese National in Pasay City
Police authorities arrested two (2) suspects who were allegedly notorious for robbery-extortion in Muntinlupa and Pasay after victimizing a Chinese national.
Two individuals from Tondo were arrested as a result of the police force’s entrapment operation. According to the report, they are suspected of being involved in at least three robberies and extortions in the cities of Muntinlupa and Pasay.

Gerald, 27, and Randy, 34, aliases, were apprehended at P. After obtaining P50,000 in marked Chinese money, they went to Guevarra St. in Manila. A Chinese guy approached them in July after being held up on Diokno Avenue in Pasay City, according to Southern Police District (SPD) director Brig. Gen. Jimili Macaraeg.
The operation was carried out on Saturday after the victim claimed to police that he had been harassed by money thieves in return for a hard drive that had been taken from him. The suspects were apprehended with.38 and.45 caliber firearms, as well as a grenade and ammo.
They were also among four individuals who broke into a property in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa in June and swept a vault, according to police. In Alabang, Randy was also involved in another heist.
The suspects confirmed their involvement in the Muntinlupa crimes, according to police. They also claimed that a mastermind known as Lucky was behind the thefts. They’re accused of robbery extortion, illegal explosives possession, and illegal firearms and ammo possession.
