Here’s Jolina Magdangal Reaction To Storm #JolinaPH
JOLINA MAGDANGAL – Pop culture icon Jolina Magdangal’s post about the storm Jolina elicited various reactions and comments from the netizens.
Young people might identify Jolina Magdangal is one of the three gorgeous momshie hosts of Kapamilya’s morning talk show ‘Magandang Buhay.’ But for those who witnessed her 3-decade showbiz career unfolded from being one of the brightest teen actors of her generation to a famous host, singer, and actress in the present, she’s undoubtedly an exceptional icon.
She is considered a pop culture icon, especially in the ’90s. She influenced an entire generation with her unique fashion like the butterfly clips.
On Sunday, Jolina Magdangal shared an ABS-CBN News report on her Instagram account regarding the low-pressure area that developed into a tropical depression early Monday. It is the 10th tropical cyclone to have entered the country this year. It is also the first for the month of September.
The Kapamilya host said that if it were up to her, she would let “butterflies” instead of heavy rains or bring strong winds to her countrymen.
“Kung ako ang masusunod, gusto ko umulan ng butterflies. Stay safe everyone,” she wrote.

Jolina Magdangal’s post elicited reaction from her fellow co-hosts. Karla Estrada said, “Omgee sana mahinahon lang ‘yan tulad mo!”
Melai Cantiveros pleaded Jolina, in jest, to “be good to us.”
Phenomenal Star Vice Ganda also commented on her post. He wrote, “Sana cute din ung ulan. Hahahaha.”
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) has been using “Jolina” since 2001. However, the state weather bureau has not given a definitive explanation why the name was included in the final list.
