Video of MMDA Enforcer Who Gets Mad After Apprehended by Delivery for “Counterflowing” Goes Viral

A certain MMDA enforcer gets mad after a delivery rider apprehended him for “counterflowing” along the road.

The Facebook page “Nuffsaid Society” has shared the video footage of an intense confrontation of a delivery rider and MMDA enforcer who committed a traffic violation. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.

In the video, it can be seen that the delivery rider filmed the MMDA enforcer while counter flowing along a busy road. The rider confronted him but the traffic personnel gets mad due to the incident.

The two have an exchange of heated arguments beside the road. The MMDA personnel lambasted the delivery worker for apprehending him and explained that they had the right to ‘counterflow’ during an emergency.

The traffic officer claimed that he was about to respond in a road accident, which is the reason why he counter flowed. However, the motorcycle rider questioned his authority to violate the traffic rules and regulations.

“Tama dahil kailangan ko tingnan ang banggan, kailangan ko, sino ka para mag-utos sa amin. Hepe naming nag-uutos sino ka?,” the enforcer stressed out.
