Video of MMDA Gives Free Shoes to Motorcycle Rider w/ No Proper Gear Goes Viral Online
The video footage of MMDA officers giving free shoes to a motorcycle rider who commits a traffic violation for not wearing proper gear goes viral.
The Facebook page “Gadget Addict” has shared the video footage of MMDA officers apprehending traffic violators along the road. The video garnered various reactions from the social media users.
In the video, it can be seen that MMDA chief Edison ‘Bong’ Nebrija apprehended a motorists who illegally fetch a passenger. The lady passenger even lied and claimed that the motorcycle rider was her neighbor.
The rider admitted that he was just forced to take passengers to earn money to support the financial necessities of his family. MMDA impounded the motorcycle.
After a few moments, Bong Nebrija apprehended another rider who is wearing slippers instead of shoes. The guy explained that he had a wound on his feet due to accident and choose to wear slippers.

However, Nebrija gave him a pair of shoes for his own safety. The motorist seems to be happy and quickly wears it.
