Top 7 Delegates Who Dominated Miss Universe PH 2021’s Interview Challenge

MISS UNIVERSE PH 2021 – The Miss Universe Philippines 2021 announced the Top 7 delegates who dominated the interview challenge.

The Miss Universe Philippines 2021 takes in a new format. On August 8, the initial batch of 100 candidates was trimmed down to Top 75. Then on August 22, the list of the delegates was narrowed down to 50.

Only 30 candidates will compete on the pageant’s coronation night on September 25. The winner will succeed Ilongga beauty queen Rabiya Mateo to compete in the Miss Universe pageant in December.

On August 15, the Miss Universe Philippines organization announced the Top 3 for the Runway Challenge. They were Cebu Province’s Steffi Aberasturi, Kapamilya star Maureen Wroblewitz, and Kapuso actress Kisses Delavin. Meanwhile, Maureen, Leren Mae Bautista, and Stefi made it to the top of the casting video challenge.

Last week, one of the best bets of the pageant, Cagayan Province’s Gianne Asuncion announced that she tested positive for COVID-19. Her team said the organization has decided not to allow her to continue because their activities could take a huge toll on her health.

On August 28, Miss Universe Philippines announced the Top 7 in the interview challenge. The Top 50 candidates introduce themselves and answer 3 questions with limited time.

They are given 45 seconds to introduce themselves, and 30 seconds for each question. MUP 2021’s interview challenged was streamed on Empire Philippines’ Youtube Channel.

MUP announced the Top 7 on social media after the challenge. Cavite’s bet Victoria Velasquez Vincent was the Top 1 candidate. She was followed by Parañaque’s Maria Ingrid Teresita Santamaria and San Juan City’s Rousanne Marie Bernos.
