Nadine Lustre Boycotts Mang Tomas Over NutriAsia’s Unfair Labor Issue
NADINE LUSTRE – The Kapamilya actress boycotts Mang Tomas after the photo of the actress buying the “all-around sarsa” in town’s market goes viral
Nadine Lustre was recently photographed in Siargao Island, where she was living a simple life away from the spotlight. Some images of Nadine have gone viral online, showing her going down the street in Siargao without a swarm of fans behind her.

On social media, a snapshot of her buying a bottle of Mang Tomas while on vacation in Siargao has gone viral. On social media, many speculated about the reason for her purchase. It’s for Lechon manok, she commented on Twitter.
The free advertisement for Mang Tomas, on the other hand, came to a halt as Nadine Luster canceled it. Because Mang Tomas is a NutriAsia product, a netizen advised Nadine that she shouldn’t eat it.
As netizens responded to her tweets with the hashtag #BoycottNutriAsia, the incident became a learning opportunity for her. Nadine responded immediately, saying, “Goodbye, Tomas.”
“Just read up on that # guess this is goodbye Tomas!” tweet of the actress.
It should be remembered that #BoyCottNutriAsia was previously criticized for allegedly breaching workers’ rights. The company claimed that its remuneration was barely P380 per month and that the majority of its employees were unreliable.
When as many as 300 NutriAsia workers went on strike in Marilao, Bulacan in 2018, there was a violent dispersion. The walkout against NutriAsia resulted in the arrest of up to 19 demonstrators. Datu Puti, UFC Ketchup, and Golden Fiesta cooking oil are some of the company’s other goods, in addition to Mang Tomas.
