Maris Racal shared this video that recently went viral
Singer-actress Maris Racal did a reenactment of the iconic scene in the 1994 movie Minsan Lang Kitang Iibigan and this went viral.
The said starred Diamond Star Maricel Soriano, Divine Diva Zsa Zsa Padilla, and award-winning actor Gabby Concepcion. Maris featured the dramatic scene that the characters of Maricel (Terry) and Zsa Zsa (Monique) did.
In the video that she posted on her social media accounts, the 23-year old Kapamilya star also did the scoring through her guitar. She did both of the characters’ dialogue while she was playing the guitar.
The music that Maris Racal played also matches the dialogues, and her timing was impeccable. Here is the video that she posted with the caption: “Minsan Lang Kita IIbigin 2021 (low budget).”
As of this writing, the video that Maris posted on her Instagram account has already reached over half a million views and this received reactions from her fellow celebrities.
One of the celebrities who commented on this was Zsa Zsa Padilla. “Nyahahahaha!!! Monique and Terry 2.0 (raising hands emoji) with scoring,” the Divine Diva commented. Maris replied to this comment of the original Monique. “Ms monique!!! Kumusta na po mga sugat niyo?” the young singer said.
The video that Maris posted on her Twitter account, as of this writing, has almost half a million views. On the micro-blogging social media platform, she also shared the video showing that she did several takes in order to make her guitar playing flawless.
Maris Racal also expressed that she was thrilled because Zsa Zsa Padilla has noticed her video. Meanwhile, the young Kapamilya star has recently shared that her much-talked-about relationship with singer-songwriter Rico Blanco started before the pandemic. However, the relationship revelation came amid the pandemic as Maris greeted Rico for his birthday and his reply was “I love you.”
