Male Customer Airs Dismay After Delivery Rider Ran Away w/ His Order

A male customer lambasted a delivery rider for allegedly not delivering his order, which has been already paid online.

Nowadays, a lot of delivery riders were expressing their disappointment and frustrations towards heartless customers who were making fake booking and order cancellations, which affects their income.

However, there are some customers who were also complaining against delivery workers who were not doing their job properly.

A Facebook user named Wilmar Beho Baluyot has expressed his disappointment after a Food Panda rider allegedly ran away with his order. The post garnered various reactions from the netizens.

Baluyot narrated that ordered around 6:00 am on Friday morning (August 13) and paid it via Gcash. After 30 minutes, he checked his phone and got shocked that the food package has been delivered although he did not received it yet.

Wilmar went to Mcdonald’s Masangkay to settle the issue and the crew showed him the receipt buy they had no further information about the delivery rider. The help center could not also made further clarifications regarding the incident.

After a few hours, Food Panda contacted Baluyot and gave him a refund including a voucher worth P60. He also lambasted the rider for stealing his order, which ruins the reputation of delivery employees.

The male customer identified the Food Panda employee as Dave Dela Vega.

“Bakit yung pinadeliver ko binayaran ko via gcash tapos hindi dumating pero sinabi delivered? Paano ba mahahabol ?”

“Eto… Sisimulan ko. my nag comment baka daw tumatawag sakin di ako sumasagot… baka daw nag mssg sakin di ako sumasagot.. umorder ako kaninang mga 6am … nagulat na lang kami after 30mins biglang naging delivered kagad e wala naman tawag o mssg sakin na nandyan na ang deliver pumunta ako sa mcdo masangkay kung san ako nag order.. pinakita lang sakin ang resibo na nabili daw.. di daw nil alam ang info ni rider… sa help centre naman sabi mag reredeliver na lang daw ng bago hapon nga lang yung mismong tumatawag sakin… hindi ko masakto yung usapan namin nagdadrive ako.pauwi kasi…”

may 60pesos na voucher din ana binigay.umorder ulit ako..kupal na rider yun di na nahiya!!!

Yung name ng foodpanda rider “Dave Dela Vega” yan yung rider na hindi nag deliver ! Shout out sayo!!! Yumaman kapa sana hayuf ka!
