KRIS AQUINO – Famous personality Kris Aquino says her guy has the “guts to stand up for her” and here’s her statement as if confirming it’s Mel Sarmiento.
Former Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Mel Senen Sarmiento appears to be the person who is making Kris Aquino happy. It seems like she finally met someone she can turn to after many years of living independently and raising her kids alone as a single parent.

In her post, she thanked him for coming into her life and staying through the best and worst of her situation. He also seemingly made it because he already earned the approval of her sons. For Kris, the opinion of her sons matters the most and as long as they are okay, she will be okay as well.
In a previous article, she shared that she is not looking for anyone anymore but now, she is. She wanted to give her sons the father figure they deserve and she is not particularly looking for someone who is perfect. What she needs accordingly is someone who has values, is prayerful, has integrity, is smart, and is hardworking.
And the Queen of Social Media has seemingly found him in Sarmiento. In a reply to a basher, he borrowed Kris’ phone and account and did the job of replying. He slammed the commenter who bashed Kris and expressed that there’s nothing wrong with her greeting for him. They can just respect her and recognized that he’s lucky enough because she’s making him happy.
Responding to Mel’s gesture, Kris seemingly confirmed that he really is the mystery guy following the loud buzz her post has made and said, “No need to guess, scroll down, he borrowed my phone to reply to this weird troll.”
She added as per PUSH, “Maybe now you’ll understand, that at least now there’s someone with the guts to stand up for me. Wala akong pinatatamaan, I’m just stating facts.”
