In her live being an official Kapuso now, she expressed her happiness indicating that this is her first time again to feel this kind of feeling and be in a good kind of uncertainty that is challenging for her. Along with GMA executives, she signed an exclusive contract in EDSA Shangri-La Hotel.

During an interview with the entertainment press after signing, she said that she had a lot of fun but mixed emotions are stirring her from the inside. She then added, “Change is always terrifying, di ba? Change is scary but it can also lead us to a place where we can grow, where we can learn.”

And to recall, Alonzo previously addressed loyalty issues because a lot of artists from ABS-CBN transferred to GMA and other network when they shut down. She said that people must not also discredit them, the artists, who also sacrificed a lot to be where they are now. The network was gracious accordingly but they also did what was asked of them and that helped them be the stars that they are now.

Also, she believed that judgment must not be put down against anyone easily because no one knows what a certain person goes through, especially in this time of the pandemic. She said, “We don’t know what they’re going through. We don’t know what their needs are. We don’t know kung ano’ng pangangailangan ng pamilya nila.”
