BEA ALONZO – One of the biggest stars in showbiz, Bea Alonzo, has this message to her detractors and doubters now that she’s not under ABS-CBN and Star Magic.

Piolo Pascual, Maja Salvador, Julia Barretto, Billy Crawford, and among other famous personalities were among those who left their network after the ABS-CBN has shutdown and all whom have face issues about their loyalty. Alonzo is among the homegrown talents of ABS-CBN and Star Magic who stayed with them for almost two decades of her life. The 33-year-old actress said that she is open in doing projects with ABS-CBN. This year is something she considers as “a year of being open to possibilities” since she now has the liberty to work in any television networks and any movie companies.

And on loyalty issue tied to her since she decided to leave, she addressed this saying that this is unfair to artists like her. The network has been “gracious” in giving them jobs and careers but for her, they also did their part and sacrifices to be the persons that they are now.

“But, siyempre, we also worked hard to have our careers. We also made sacrifices to get here. It’s not like it was just handed to us, di ba?” she said referring to their successful careers as artists. She remained grateful to the network because they have been “nice and kind” in giving them projects.

She added, “Kahit na may mga panahon na we messed up, but yung ABS nandiyan pa rin.”

The actress felt like it is unfair on their part to measure their loyalty just because they appeared in another network. She expressed as PEP, “Siyempre, it’s so hard to judge a person, lalo na sa panahon na ito. We don’t know what they’re going through. We don’t know what their needs are. We don’t know kung ano’ng pangangailangan ng pamilya nila.”
