PAGASA Says Most Parts of PH To Experience Fair Weather of Condition

The state weather bureau PAGASA reported that most parts of the country would have a fair weather condition.

On Tuesday (June 29, 2021), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration released the latest weather updates in the country. The southwest monsoon would affect the country’s weather condition over extreme northern Luzon.

PAGASA said that the southwest monsoon partly cloudy to cloudy condition with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over Bicol Region, Northern Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, and Romblon.

Habagat would also bring similar weather condition over Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro. Metro Manila and some parts of the country would also experience the same weather condition.

The weather agency also warned the residents in the affected areas for possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

“Patuloy pa ring nakakaapekto itong southwest monsoon o habagat dito sa dulong hilagang Luzon, na siya pa ring magdadala ng pulo-pulong pag-ulan sa ilang bahagi ng Luzon,” PAGASA weather specialist Meno Mendoza said.

The rest of the Philippines would experience a fair weather conditions. No weather disturbances are expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

Meanwhile, the coastal water conditions over Visayas, Occidental Mindoro, and Palawan including Kalayaan Islands as well as the remaining parts of the country would be slight to moderate.
