MARIS RACAL – The TikTok duet of celebrity couple Maris Racal and Rico Blanco elicited reactions from the online community.
Filipina actress and singer Maris Racal came to prominence in 2014 after joining ABS-CBN’s reality show ‘Pinoy Big Brother: All In.” In a virtual media conference last May, she confirmed that she’s in a relationship with singer-songwriter Rico Blanco.
Rico is one of the founding members of the iconic band Rivermaya. In 2007, he left the band and started his solo career. “Yugto,” “Antukin,” and “Your Universe” are some of his popular hits.
On Independence Day, Rico Blanco and Maris Racal shared on their respective IG accounts that they have already received their first doses of coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines. They also shared photos of them taken after they received their COVID-19 jabs.
In a previous article, the 23-year-old actress revealed what she likes most about Rico as a boyfriend. She said, “He is really a nice person. He is genuine and humble. I know that he is humble pero hindi ko alam na ibang level pala yung pagka-humble niya. Wala sa utak niya yung status niya sa music industry.”

Rico Blanco and Maris Racal are currently making rounds on social media after the actress shared a TikTok duet of her and Rico. In her IG video, Maris delivered a rap part of her new single “Ate Sandali.” Rico, on the other hand, played the synthesizer.
The TikTok duet of the celebrity couple send kilig vibes online. It came with a caption, “Ate Sandali rap challenge.”
“Ate Sandali” was written and composed by Maris Racal herself, and produced and arraged by her beau Rico Blanco. Meanwhile, the online community could not help but gush over their video. Here are some of their comments from the post:
