Kathryn Bernardo shared this aspect of acting can prompt the worst comment from the audience
Actress Kathryn Bernardo shared what she thinks is the worst comment an actor can receive for doing new projects.
Kathryn started her career in the entertainment industry at a young age. She started doing young girl roles but eventually, she has evolved into a drama actress.
With this, she is knowledgeable of the in and out of the industry and has experienced various situations that might happen in a project. The Hello, Love, Goodbye actress is also aware that negative comments can be thrown at a celebrity.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Inquirer, Kathryn Bernardo said that for her this is the worst comment one could receive in showbiz for doing new projects every now and then.
“I’m only seeing Kathryn and not the character she’s supposed to be portraying,” she said. For her, the more project, the more effort should be done to show versatility.
“The more projects you accept, the harder your situation gets. You really have to make a conscious effort to ensure that the new character you’ve assumed will not simply reflect your true personality or be a repetition of the other characters you’ve played in the past,” Kathryn explained.
She added that the actor should analyze every aspect of the new character. In order to do this, one should ask help from the director, especially if it is their first time to work together.
Kathryn Bernardo also pointed out that an artist should always remember that there are no two characters who feel the same pain, the same way of falling in love, or the same way of getting angry. So, a different persona should come out in every project.
