The Department of Education (DepEd) reported that they have discovered about 155 errors in their learning materials and modules.

On Monday (June 14, 2021), Deped Undersecretary Diosdado San Antonio reported that they have found 163 errors in learning materials but eventually reduced to 155. The errors have been found in modules issued from October 2020 to June 2021.

San Antonio said that 100 of those errors have been found in locally-developed materials. 20 more errors came from unknown sources, according to the DepEd official. The agency has also ordered the teachers to fix the errors.
