VICE GANDA – Segment judge Gelli De Belen has this question in her mind wondering about this thing about Vice Ganda, here’s what she asked the comedian.
Amid the pandemic and despite the ABS-CBN shutdown, long-running noontime show of the network “Its Showtime” continued airing through their various digital platforms and the network’s block time deals. Many hurdles have come through but they were able to surpass it all. Many people left the show but they always come out stronger.
One of the reasons that people are loving about this show is because of the laughter it always brings from the hosts’ banters and the lesson they learn every day from people coming from different walks of life gracing the show. The recent segment they introduced is ReiNanay which always touches lots of hearts.
This segment recognizes the mothers and their immeasurable love for their families. And to likely align with the segment’s theme, the judges are also mothers and one of them is Gelli De Belen. She appeared in the show just a couple of times to fill in the absence of one judge and on national TV, she wasn’t able to help herself but to ask Vice Ganda this question.
“I’m just wondering and matagal ko nang iniisip to, ano ang suot mo sa ilalim?” Gelli asks Vice. It seems like she noticed his outfit and released the question in her head. Surprised and laughing, Vice showed that under his oversized shirt is tattered short.
Vice usually wears street fashion in Showtime and oversized shirts and maong shorts are his outfits staple. He would also add a bucket hut on some occasions and some bling. But what would people always notice from his pieces are the brands and the shoes he’s wearing. As much as we all know, he has a huge collection of shoes that fills a portion of his mall-like walk-in closet.
“Naka-shorts naman ako. Dati talaga wala pero A2Z na tayo, may shorts na,” he jested jokingly.
