And just recently in Its Showtime, Kim Chiu went emotional during an encounter with someone favor to close down their network but joined their segment Tawag Ng Tanghalan. It just feels different to her because regardless of their views and opinion before, the network never ceased to support the people’s talent. The network has never been selective in accepting people to welcome in their house.

Vice Ganda, in the show, handled the interview with the contestant with utmost professionalism without the tone of blaming and shaming him on national television. He even expressed wanting to understand him that he asked questions interrogating his thoughts and realizations so as to clear himself.

The Kapamilya superstar allowed the contestant to clarify himself and expressed his apologies and explain his side about the matter. It might be hard for him to be face-to-face with someone who has this ill-wish for their network but they weren’t taught by their network to be rude over differences. They remained to show the core values the ABS-CBN has instilled in them.

Vice expressed and asked, “Maraming nagagalit, pero ako, personally, I want to understand. Bakit mo nasabi yun? Anong tumatakbo sa isip mo? Bakit mo winish na sana magsara yung ABS-CBN?”

The contestant admitted that his opinion about the network was greatly affected by the videos, pages, and blogs against it that he has seen online. The contestant added, “May balik din talaga lahat ng sinasabi mo, even if it’s a long time ago. Nahihiya ako na mali ang sinasabi ko.”
