A Facebook user named Essel Bermundo has shared the inspiring photos of a lady student doing her modules at a bridge near Naga River to use free wifi from the hotel. The post elicits comments online.
Bermundo noticed the female student around 11:52 pm answering her modules in Naga City, Camarines Sur. The girl is connecting from the hotel’s internet connection near Naga River in the dead of the night.
The 20-year-old student who has been identified as Grade 11 student Carla Radores is determined to finish her studies. Aside from Carla, many Filipino students are struggling with the online learning system for having no proper access to technology.
Essel also announced that Mayor Nelson Legacion and Sir Ruel Oliver together with Local Government of the City of Naga offered the installation of free public wifi Barangay Peñafrancia and 27 other barangays.
