One of the most followed artists of today is Ellen Adarna after she officially came back to the limelight following years of hiatus. She returned with her son Elias Modesto, her child with John Lloyd Cruz, and with the confession that they are now separated. They are currently co-parenting for Elias and previously got engaged with Derek Ramsay who grew closer to her son.

About fatherhood, Lloydie spoke based on a previous article, and said that having a son gave him a new life and better changes to live by. He accordingly owes his life now with his son as he found a new purpose and new motivation to drive and motivate him to work harder. Derek also described him as good father while Ellen said that he is a present father.

As for Ellen, years after she gave birth, she was able to regain her toned figure. After some time of discipline and working out to lose her excess weight for being pregnant, she now has her old body but in a better figure. Ellen’s famous workout as what she would often share on her IG is jumping rope. Aside from that, she also does cardio to lose weight. For mothers like Ellen, to get back on the fitness track right away is difficult but for the actress, her discipline and determination to do so is an example that it is not impossible the extra weight gained due to pregnancy.
