Selling vaccines entering the country is considered as an illegal act because the distribution of vaccines needs an emergency use authorization (EUA) from the Food and Drug Administration.
Metro Manila Council (MMC) Chairman Edwin Olivare said that they would investigate the entire Manila including San Juan and Mandaluyong wherein the illegal activity has been first reported.
