The van was swept away while parking near the footbridge on Roxas Boulevard on Sunday, according to a report from the National Capital Region Police Office. Then, reportedly, Emran requested P70,000 from the owner in exchange for the vehicle’s return.

As a result, the Paraaque police anti-carnapping and intelligence unit apprehended him. He confessed to leaving the vehicle on the road in Muntinlupa’s Barangay Tunasan and named the alleged accomplice.

Nonoy, on the other hand, was found stealing things like keys and locks. Police are looking for alias Pilot, a resident of Paliparan, Cavite, who was also named by the gang as a co-conspirator in the robbery.

The three suspects are now in the custody of Paraña police. They are accused of breaking the 2016 Anti-Carnapping Act, robbery extortion, and possessing pick-locks or similar equipment.
