The Vivo iQOO Z3 was announced on March 25, 2021, and released on April 1, 2021. The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm SDM768 Snapdragon 768F 5G (7 nm) Octa-core processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is Adreno 620.
Vivo iQOO Z3 runs on the Android 11 + OriginOS for iQOO 1.0 operating system. The 5G-ready device come in variants such as 128GB + 6GB RAM, 128GB + 8GB RAM, and 256GB + 8GB RAM. It supports hybrid dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by).
The smartphone comes with a screen size of 6.58 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 1080 x 2408pixels, 20:9 aspect ratio. It measures 164 x 75.3 x 8.5 mm and weighs 185.5 grams.
The rear side of the Vivo iQOO Z3 features a triple-camera that consists of 64-megapixel (wide) + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (macro). On the front, the phone has 16-megapixel (wide) camera for clicking selfies.
Sensors on the smartphone include proximity, compass, accelerometer, gyro, and fingerprint (side-mounted). It also features Bluetooth 5.1, USB OTG, USB Type-C, GPS with A-GPS, GALILEO, GLONASS, and BDS.
The device is kept on by a 4400mAh built-in battery + fast charging 55W. It is available in three colors: Silver, Blue, and Black.
