Loud music and laughter can be heard in the video. When driving to the accompaniment of loud ringing from the motorcade, some of them are holding a picture of Nuestra Seora de Sto. Rosario.

The incident dissatisfied the city mayor, Mayor Bebong Gatchalian, who ordered the police to investigate the festival held in the said barangay. The residents’ intention to stage a religious festival was not brought to his attention, according to Barangay Look 1st captain Romeo Santiago.

Only the motorcade was allowed, according to the organizers. The individual seen in the video dancing while holding a statue was just in front of Captain Santiago’s house, he said.

As the motorcade went by, the man reportedly danced with the statue. Despite this, the captain expressed regret for what had occurred and stated that he was prepared to face whatever the investigation’s outcome could be.
