ANGEL LOCSIN – Actress Angel Locsin shared a sneak peek of the essential goods that will be available on her huge community pantry.

Filipina actress, endorser, and philanthropist Angel Locsin is best known for her portrayal of Mars Ravelo’s superhero, Darna She is currently engaged to film producer Neil Arce.

The couple is now preparing for their wedding that has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Angel has been a visible figure in relief drives during the health crisis.

Last week, Angel Locsin and her fellow actress Anne Curtis donated P1M to the local government of Pasig City to boost its efforts against coronavirus. The two earlier raised some P6M through an auction. They donated the proceeds to 5 local governments and the Philippine Red Cross (PRC).

On Thursday, April 22, Angel announced that she will set up her own community pantry on Friday, April 23. She said it’s her own way of celebrating her 36th birthday.

Angel Locsin’s community pantry is located at the Titanium Commercial Building, 36 Holy Spirit Drive, corner Don Matias St., Don Antonio Heights, Brgy. Holy Spirit, Quezon City. The pantry will be open from 10 AM- 4 PM.

In her latest IG post, she shared a sneak peek of the goods that will be available in her community pantry. It includes canned goods, coffee, sugar, alcohol, and medicine.

Angel said, “Anyone is welcome. But please make sure to follow protocols.” She also reminded that people who will be coming to follow health and safety protocols.

Community pantries can now be found all over the country after entrepreneur Ana Patricia Non started the initiative in Maginhawa Street, Quezon City. However, NTF-ELCAC spokesperson Undersecretary Lorraine Badoy accused Non of having links to the communist movement.
