Was Derek Ramsay also the one who broke up first with these ex-girlfriends of him?
DEREK RAMSAY – Controversial actor Derek Ramsay was also allegedly the one who initiated a split with several of his previous relationships.
Mary Christine Jolly is the woman Kapuso actor Ramsay had a child with. Aside from her, there are other several women who became a part of his life. All of his relationships didn’t work out and almost all his girlfriends are famous actresses in the country.
Actresses Solenn Heussaff, Angelica Panganiban, Cristine Reyes, Andrea Torres, and influencer Joanne Villablanca were among his famous ex-girlfriends and were also the ex-girlfriends he had that he initiated the break-with. Derek apart from being known of his several women is also known for someone who can be with someone in a long term. His relationships lasted for years, the longest with Villablanca for six years, but it didn’t end up with a wedding.
With Heussaff, the actor admitted way back in 2015 that he was the one who ended their relationship that lasted for four years. He confessed before, “It wasn’t just the right time and I made decisions na parang, I guess, I won’t say the wrong decisions, pero decisions that broke my heart,” and added that although he loves her, that alone sometimes is not enough.
In 2013, Panganiban admitted in a feature for entertainment magazine StarStudio that their relationship ended over the phone while Derek was away. “Okay, it’s over,” says Derek to her accordingly. Among their issues that lead to their breakup included him being a controlling boyfriend, lack of support to find her biological father, and his civil marriage with someone.
There are also allegations that he was also the one who broke up with Villablanca after being together for six years. In a short confirmation before, he expressed, “Yes, we have broken up. It’s all for the best.”
Unlike his long relationships, what he had with Cristine was short-lived. They were close friends even before they tried to make it to the next level. And amid working out the possible romance with her, he cracked these words to her: “Alam mo, Tin, hindi talaga tayo pang-boyfriend girlfriend. Pangmagkaibigan lang.”
And the last one is with Torres. They have only been together for only a year and just recently, he confirmed that he broke up with her over the phone.
