According to the singer, they have stayed in the hospital for three days after she gave birth, and Martin, her husband, is only allowed to visit during day time due to COVID-19 restrictions. And with this, she pretty much had to do things on her own alone. She had struggles carrying her baby and would even call her husband or mother for help on how to do it. She found it difficult to take her baby out of his bed and changing the diaper.

“I stared at the window blankly because of zero sleep. I cried because of my hormones, especially when Lukas was choking!” she wrote in the caption. She then added how she got so scared and became panicky when her baby choked and turned blue while she was feeding him.

Having to go through those as a new mom, she learned the importance of nurses and midwives being present at times like this and their guidance to first-time moms like her. And for the following days, everything went smoothly and as for Rachelle, they “kept getting better until [they] got discharged”.
