PDEA Raid Drug Den in Baguio City Resulted in the Arrest of 2 Drug Suspects
DRUG DEN – A house in Baguio City where two (2) drug suspects doing their post sessions was a raid by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA).
Two men were arrested after authorities raided a suspected drug den in Nr. 181 Purok 6, Middle Rock Quarry, Baguio City. PDEA-CAR identified the arrested as Joriel Quinto Torio, 27, married, resident of the area.

His “bodgero” Jhiral Bautista, 18, single, native of Esmeralda Balungao Pangasinan and resident of Greenvalley, Baguio City was also arrested in the raid. The drug den is allegedly run by Torio, a ‘high-value target drug personality of PDEA CAR.
Authorities seized seven transparent plastic sachets containing a white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu. The illegal drugs were weighing approximately 5 grams and valued at P34,000.
Authorities also confiscated a bundle of empty plastic sachets, glass tooters, a digital weighing scale, and two cellphones. The raid was orchestrated by the joint forces of PDEA CAR (LTIU, Baguio City Office, Benguet PO), BCPO Station 5, and BCPO DEU under a search warrant from RTC Branch 5.
