Tricycle Driver Earns Praises Online After Helping Elderly Lady & Her Apo Who Have No Enough Cash To Pay Fare
A tricycle driver helped an elderly lady and her grandson after rejected by other drivers for having no enough money to pay the fare.
A Facebook user named Jhay Marquez has shared the photos of an elderly grandma together with her grandson waiting for a transport vehicle for almost an hour. The driver earned praises from the online community.
Marquez narrated that the 88-year-old woman and her grandson are struggling to find a transport vehicle for having P20 only. Many drivers have rejected to give the grandma and the kid a ride.
Jhay also asked his fellow drivers to be more considerate and not to think about money all the time. He even asked his fellow drivers to spread humanity and kindness towards other people especially to those who need help.
The kind-hearted driver gave the old woman and her “apo” a free ride and refused to accept the P20 payment.

“Siya po si nanay porita na 88 years old na po. Nakita ko po siya sa palengke kasama ang apo niya, halos isang oras na daw sila nagaantay ng masasakyan pauwi sa bagong ilog pero 20 pesos lang daw po ang pera niya kaya lahat ng tricycle driver ayaw siya isakay. Galing pa daw ho siya sa bahay ng nanay ng apo niya para kuhain yung apo niya na namimiss na niya. Para sa mga kapwa ko tricycle driver dyan huwag naman ho puro pera ang isipin natin masmasarap pa rin sa pakiramdam yung makatulong ka kahit sa simpleng bagay lang. Pagbaba nila nanay inaabot pa talaga yung 20 pesos pero diko na tinanggap para sa bata nalang sabi ko. Mga kapasada baka naman kahit ano mangyari unahin pa din tumulong kesa tumanggi. Godbless po nanay swerte po ng apo niyo sa inyo”
